1. The traditional gravure cylinder grinding machine will easy shake while processing , the shake grain can not meet high quality requirement .

 

  (1) Choosing section steel which is good at toughness and strength as machine body . Vibration aging is controlled by 

computer .

A. Enhance the machine stability and geometric accuracy to avoid the changing of the machine shape . B. Reduce and 

release the shake power .

drive screw . B. The grinding head , gravure cylinder driving box and tailstock are covered by stainless steel .
